Mark Boswell

Mr. Boswell manages new project design development and construction for Realty Investments.  He has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, owning and operating a construction materials supply company for 10 years serving commercial builders, and 30 years managing design build projects for fortune 500 companies.  Mr. Boswell has worked with architects, developers, and owners on real estate and construction projects on over 65 construction projects since 1992 and has developed product types including industrial warehouse, self-storage, and multifamily.   Additionally, Mr. Boswell owns and manages a family business that designs and builds process and packaging systems for the food and beverage industry which caters to some of the largest companies in the U.S. 

Mr. Boswell attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
